Terrible. My new general manager does not communicate with his employees rather he communicates through other employees. He also touches everyone on their behinds at work which make people feel uncomfortable. He terminates people for not working for other people.

If I was paid like most managers at a company.

The store manager that was there then was very understanding.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need a new general manager who knows how to communicate and properly talk to people. We need someone who is willing to work with us not against us.
