I have two coworkers who have treated me poorly based on my race and sex. No actions have been made to resolve this and its leading me to either quit or get them both warned or removed.

I don't know them. Never met them.

I'm treated horribly by coworkers and have been since day one with no response.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to grow up and start acting like adults and do their job.
