we all work well together and the GM of our franchise does well at hiring hard-working and kind individuals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like benefits should be earned from the start of my occupancy and not after a year as much of the job is strenuous and that wear on your body can be expedited due to not being able to see the doctor if you don't receive medical benefits
