My overall experince was disgraceful. employees that actually want to be positive and learn something. Get treated with disrespect and hostility and negitivity from the managers that work with them. Example of saying things like dont talk to anyone during the shift your here to work not make friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that if they changed the leadership program to actually train the managers right, then they would be making more money because of the positive and honesty of the hard working respectful managers would show.change the entire vibe of tacobell too the one that they advertise. Live mas...
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They are not the problem there miserable because of the managers that make it hard to work by taking a positive mood and changing it into a negitive and hostile mood that changes the envornment around them. they spread the negitive and make it more work then it has to be.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Seemed like the lady was nice intill i started working with her sister that works there she totally does not know how to be a leader. Shes rude disrespectful and dishonest. Above all she doesnt help when we the employees are struggling instead tells that employee he will be writtin up for stuggling.
