That we know each other's flaws and help pick each other up when things don't go the way they need to go. That we can cover each other because we know each other and we work around our strengths and weaknesses
Recognition goes a long way, and when you feel like you're the only one doing it for your staff and then your higher ups only bring out the bad, it demotivates your staff and hurts the company as a whole. Tired of good people not getting the recognition they deserve.
