Well ive been working at taco bell for a few months now and i get talked down to i go on my breaks really late like im waiting 4 hours to take a 10 the 4 hours after to have my half when they give me my half when i come back i need to stock everything clean the lobby they have break me late
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy about going to work i got to say the coworkers the nice customers time to time some coworkers make the shift entertaining we always talking when we not busy making jokes nd stuff
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone their always has a smile on their faces we are always communicaing we all do our parts when some people need help with their parts when we dont have no customers in the drive through or front the person for lovby will help drive through stalk their stuff we have good communication skills.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are funny know how to keep work intresting and exciting they are always making jokes while we clean when we not busy they always asking if your ok they are fun when they need somthing thry cant get it i offer to get it for them i like to help when they need it or i ask for help when i need it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like everyone their but they just dont treat me right they talk about me right in front of me but talk about me in 3rd person they been giving me right ups for everything i do like if it takes me 20 min to coean the bathroom they say it takes 15 min i know it does but sometimes i have to do trash
