Better wages and a cleaner, newer work area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
All the other employers in our mall area have increased their wages to $9.00/hr or more so Ijust need just need to be paid a fair wage and I'll continue to be good employee but if not, I will have to seek out employment elsewhere.
