It has its ups and downs but overall I actually enjoy coming to work. I love my coworkers, the managers. Fair pay, opportunity for growth within the company.

I was asked typical questions and treated with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation was more than fair. I was given raises for hard work and loyalty
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The majority of them are caring and answer any questions you have or assist when you're struggling and need help
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around the cool people I work with, dealing with customers (some of them anyway), my schedule, my work station, the fast pace and the paycheck I receive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When everyone works together things run smoothly and we're able to provide excellent service. I love that we can joke around with each other in the kitchen, or sing songs, yet still get our work done efficiently. We also look out for each other.
