I like most. The store manager was very confident and friendly an understanding
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to prepare the next shift with the things that they need instead of the next shift coming in and nothing is done and it makes more work for them
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager can be very disrespectful and lazy he never tries to help when we're busy and I am a female and I am made to unload the truck and stock everything by myself and I don't think it's fair that no one ever tries to help me and on top of it I have to make all the food and get the orders out
