Some are good at what they do, others not so much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone helps everyone else, and we all work well together mostly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some really awesome people that can do many things at once.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes we are very short staffed, more people need to be scheduled incase we need them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and I didnt feel like I was being asked questions I hat to think about to hard.
