Crewmembers are hard working, eager to learn, connect to customers, proud to maintain the standards/policies/and procedures of Taco Bell

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Emotional intelligence, connecting to team and being knowledgeable of career goals of employees...therefore building a path of growth and area stability. Transparency in terms of employee wage, vacation pay, a consistant path to promotion. Locations held responsible for unethical practices

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There have never been any clear standards in regards to pay. Employees are left to believe the RGM's supposed lack of knowledge or responsibility in regards to pay/vacation/etc. Citing CEO and franchise have yet to decide what standards will be...waiting on first year of profit margins

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Undertrained management, From shift leaders all the way up to restaurant general managers, And upper management who refuse to train them properly. A ceo who Has no constructive communication with RGM's and is the root cause of 4 RGM's quitting with in the last 9 months.
