It's good, but I am disappointed on certain things as far as the main management and the benefits/pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
Probably, honestly, the money and my favorite coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The night crew is the best thing. At least most of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Probably the relationships we make at the work place. Everyone is at least decently close.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish we had much better benefits. For example, we don't get dental. We also get the bare minimum for our health benefits. I also wish we were paid more, especially the opening/closing workers.
