What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees I work with on my crew are easy to get along with, they are helpful to fellow employees and if you need a shift covered they try their best to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work 10 hours plus, as a full time employee. I cover shifts for other employees and make sure my customer's are satisfied and come back on a regular basis. I get paid minimum wage, no overtime and no benefits.
