We live mas! Our brand is worth it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No matter how high the tension is between us that day we always come together when ever its needed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was verh simple. Only con is that its about a two week wait for a uniform to arrive.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers! They make the day go by smooth as butter as long as we have the right crew we're a number one store.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes, its a very unhealthy mentally when it comes to our costumers. But its not like im doing hard labor. Im just making food.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team feels like a big family! But sometimes its overwhelming and i feel like the head guys dont understand our frustration. We are way busier the a decade ago.
