My crew. Customers are rude and lie all the time. My crew makes work fun and tolerable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under paid despite working 100 plus hrs even though I am only team trainer I get more yelled at than thanked or appreciated. I do my work efficiently and my area coaches and higher ups do not care.
