The owners need to give the managers space to run the store

I really just had to smile to get hired. They just wanted a pretty girl for service champion. I proved myself and rose above that to their disbelief.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be a good head running the store. The GM quit months ago because of how the owners were treating her. Now the owner is acting like the GM but all the good employees are leaving now because he’s not a nice guy underneath it al
