I have absolutely no contact with the CEO but my past employment at the 1660 E stone drive location in kingsport Tn has been the worst experience I have had in any work place and comparable to a systematic pattern of abuse by narcissistic managers who verbally abused me to the point I finally quit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is a lawsuit waiting to happen
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
HR needs to burn down the place and salt the ashes
What are some of the best things about your team?
The lowest men on rhe totem pole work the hardest in my taco bell and the managers are outright abusive to most.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was told I would be started at 8.75 and was put on the payroll for 8.25. That is just the first example of dishonesty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no way to fully compensate me for the abuse I endured at work for the last year. Multiple times a manager yelled at me or was sexually inappropriate in some way. I left with my pride and a lot of other hard workers are following my example bc they too are abused and undervalued
