So I want to say that we should atleast get 15 an hour. We deserve it,you guys make alot of money. It's only fair because everyone wants to quit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need atleast 15 an hr. The managers only make 50 cents more than me. They say its not enough.
