It has been a wonderful company so far. I love the effort that is put into everything, I just feel that I have been a little bit short changed on my salary. They shouldn't always try to give the lowest salary possible especially when there is talent brining a restaurant so much improvement.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They make you feel relaxed and not so nervous.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Attentive, and seem to be interested in developing my store into the best store possible. They love the incentives that the company brings to the table.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For the most part they have been there every step of the way, helping me with anything when its needed. Especially my boss one of your area coach's.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to have fun, and enjoy helping everyone they can! They love to always try and learn the next best thing and cant wait for the next experiance!
What makes you most happy at work?
To see the everday success of my store growing stronger and better in every aspect. This is from speed to quality to customer satisfaction. Every area we are growing rapidly!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the area coaches are asked try and keep the salaries as low as possible to meet their potential bonus quoto's. For running a store with the success I have I don't think I should be getting offers from other companies for the same job at such a significantly higher salary. I want to stay!
