Executive Bio

Mr. Don H. Liu has been Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Target Corp. since August 22, 2016. Mr. Liu has been Chief Risk & Compliance Officer of Target Corp. since September 1, 2017. He served as Secretary and General Counsel of Xerox Corporation from June 4, 2007 to August 5, 2016 and served as its Executive Vice President since July 2014 until August 5, 2016. Mr. Liu served as Chief Compliance Officer, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Toll Brothers Inc., since March 22, 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Xerox Corporation since June 4, 2007. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate law, he is well-set to provide guidance for Toll Brothers' legal department and wise counsel to management. Mr. Liu joined Toll Brothers from Ricoh USA, Inc. of Malvern, Pennsylvania, where he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1999 to March 2005 and also served as Corporate Compliance Officer. Previously, Mr. Liu served as Vice President and Deputy Chief Legal Officer for Aetna U.S. Healthcare in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1999. While at IKON, he also served as Chairman for the IKON Diversity Council. He is affiliated with professional and not-for-profit organizations including serving as a board member of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the Association of Corporate Counsel and Mercy Health Systems. Mr. Liu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Haverford College and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia University School of Law.
