Mr. Minsok Pak has been Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Target Corporation. since August 23, 2017. Throughout his career, he has counseled numerous companies and led through significant times of change. He has two decades of experience with McKinsey & Company. He served as Director of McKinsey & Company from 1991 to 2010. Mr. Pak led Asia Pacific Marketing Practice from 2003 to 2008. He served as a Member of Industry Leadership Teams for high technology, telecommunication, packaged goods and retail sectors in Asia and was a Member of North American Operations Leadership Team from 1999 to 2003. While at McKinsey & Company, Mr. Pak was seconded to LG Electronics in Seoul, South Korea where he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer from 2007 to 2009. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA degree from Oberlin College.
