Does not care at all about the employees well-being or happiness, offered terrible benefits to probably padden his own pockets. Also one mention of union and your on the chopping block, very poor outlook for Target since this CEO is running them into the ground, need to focus more on online sales than anything else.

In my environment at least it doesn't really come up. I know that's not helpful but improvement needs to be at the store level. Those ceos are so far removed from what it means to work at target their solutions will never be effective

Regular employees do really care about the CEO. They are more concerned with their STL and regional manager.
