They will not schedule within your availability, I closed for nearly two months straight even though other people could have used those shifts and I asked not to be scheduled like that for once, only to be met with opposition. In addition the hours can be extremely random, covering most of your day and still not giving you full time hours. You may work 5 days a week, middle of the day or into the evening and only get 16-24 hours, despite your availability. And it still takes up five days of your life

Absolutely horrible, I worked hourly as part of the backroom team and we were always understaffed. Always asked us to stay late disrupting our schedules and they would always bother me on my days off, even called me while i was on vacation one time.
