It really depends on your store team leader, and an available position has to be open. It really helps if the other leaders like you...and even if there's not a position open, you can go ahead and express your interest and do some online training etc. If you really want to move up, keep at it!

You have to wait a year for promotion but most don’t want to wait that long if we’re doing more than that job description already we’ll just go elsewhere
