A lot of the time managers are the reason. Some are complete jerks and no one wants to work for them. Or sometimes it's if they don't like you they'll find a way to get rid of you. Other times it's A & A (attendance and attitude). If you're late or call in a lot, they will fire you.
Target keeps bringing in really young team lead/execs that think they're going to bring in a strong culture, eliminating old ideas and older team members that are trying to reinforce good habits and work ethics. We're supposed to be fast, fun and friendly, gone. Not a fun and friendly environment anymore.
You have no support, you’re alone all the time and no one cares or tries to help. It’s very political and cliquey if you rub someone the wrong way you’re done.
Maybe the amount of hours you work some weeks you only get 5 to 10 after a while then sometimes you get 25 a week and plus the schedule days
The good ones eventually figure it out that Target doesn't give a crap about them, then leave from frustration and a better paying job somewhere else.
It's like anywhere else, people leave their managers.
Pay and lack of incentives to stay.
