    ETL's expect too much out of TL's and TM's. Especially in times of need when there is no payroll for hours but they just sit in the office.

    Young, Hard headed, not willing to listen to seasoned tl's, not moving out or up at 18 months, they are very clicky and the rules dont apply

    The ETLs in store spend most of their time talking about problems but don't contribute to fixing them. Instocks problem just they shrug.

    No one cares about the Target catch phrases like "Brand" and such. It doesn't inspire us, we feel it's stuffy and pretentious.

    Get on the same page, it's a new thing everyday or we're pulled in different directions by all the leaders no consistency

    Start utilizing cross trained TMs, stop forcing overstock, clean up after yourself, & stop cutting hours. Theres better ways to save money.

    They need to be better at communicating and making sure that other shifts are told details that pertain to their job.
