    When a person is doing a great job and the store scores are low that person is told you can't get a great score on your review

    I have over 10+ years of work experience and I get paid the same as a high schooler with no experience what so ever.

    I work in electronics and feel we should be commissioned based,even the people that work out mobile (not target employees) get commissions

    Wish the pay bump had been adjusted better for those around for years, and stop limiting available hours to avoid insurance qualifications.

    Performance reviews are too infrequent and too minuscule of an increase. Most employees get 10 cents or less per year.

    Don't feel appreciated, unless I am getting Red cards. Favoritism towards younger employees who have been there less time.

    They raise the minimum wage in store, but not for team members who have been there a. Long time

    No incentives. Longevity discrimination. After working 30 years with excellent reviews, you start getting bad ones with NO RAISE
