
Better leaders that lead by example. That do that tasks so they know how long it will take instead of just thinking it will take this long.
Most of our TL are very flexible and but few tend to have attendance problems setting a poor example and the ETL team never follows up.
Communicate to each other. They don't even send emails or nothing . We need to be aiming for the same goals together as a team
Most of the team is solid. The flow team is weak, but they mostly aren't properly trained and aren't held accountable for their mistakes.
Maturity among store team members could improve, give us tools as leaders to drive and model guest engagement. Leaders are spread thin.
Better communication between shifts. Add shifts to allow for cross over communication & training. Compliments when you are doing well.
We need more reliable team members. Team members would call out of work constantly, which isn't good.
Take more pride in the work. Follow capacities instead of overstocking. "Backstock" isn't a curse word.

respect time zone differences but agree upon common timings for getting things done.
We don't have meetings. Everything is a big secret.
