    Not enough hours to do the job required. Not enough staff to maintain the store. New rules restrict efficiency and now the store is sloppy

    I'm always giving too many tasks in an unreasonable amount of time and I'm expected to do tasks that don't directly affect my work center

    The instocks at our store are killing us, the TLs are the only sales floor coverage from 8am until 7pm creating difficulty fixing problems.

    Need new leadership and allow the people that know what they are doing to do it. Don't stick a tl friend in the position

    Management is too young and immature, right out of college without common sense work ethic. They all want to conform, no original thinking.

    Stop cutting hours , better training, leave people in one area so they know a lot instead of everywhere and know some

    People at my store are crabby and not friendly or very helpful to our team or guest and it bothers me
