There are no mean-spirited inter-departmental rivalries or competitions. It really feels like we're on the same team working toward the same goals. It's also easy to find an expert in something, so the ability to continue learning and grow yourself is always present.

The mutual assessment period is the best part of the interview process. Potential employees work - paid- on a contracting basis for at least two weeks. This lets both parties get a feel for how they'll work together. You learn much more when you actually work together than you do answering questions

I enjoyed that it was comfortable, once we got past introductions my nerves were settled and I felt like I was just chatting with some cool new people I met. It wasn't this heavy and judgy feeling.
