What did you like most about the interview process?fair, didnt make me feel nervous, and felt like i was welcome and part of the the team already
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?good culture, everyone treats everyone well and fairly
What are some of the best things about your team?great people, leaders, understanding, easy to communicate with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? We are COMPLETELY undervalued. I make less than some fast food workers. Give us a raise and take action on some of our suggestions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? They need to promote and give raises or demote and lay off based on work ethic and performance not on personal feelings and on relationships. They rehired somebody into the executive team who was UNREHIRABLE because she was a friend of the family!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?they need to stop taking advantage of their lower staff (L2s and L1s) and changing requirements on an almost weekly basis.
Our mission is simple: create customer experiences that lead to better relationships.
