Constructive Feedback From teleNetwork Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are COMPLETELY undervalued. I make less than some fast food workers. Give us a raise and take action on some of our suggestions.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to promote and give raises or demote and lay off based on work ethic and performance not on personal feelings and on relationships. They rehired somebody into the executive team who was UNREHIRABLE because she was a friend of the family!
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need to stop taking advantage of their lower staff (L2s and L1s) and changing requirements on an almost weekly basis.
