My visibility of the leadership team ends with Michael the VP. He's super involved in whatever is happening, very friendly to people and very diligent. Works hard and sets an example of professionalism and care towards what we do

Quarterly bonuses (which I haven't yet gotten, but am about to get). I'm also waiting for the ESPP and hope to see the stock increase in value, linking my financial benefit to the company's financial state
