We charge a premium for our services as experts but don't match the compensation of those we consult for.

Full transparency in compensation and in the compensation process; this does not exist

You're told you get a raise every year but the process is unclear and constantly changing. They will tell you that the great work your doing is expected when your title changes but you pay will not match that title change at all. After two years you still will not make what other comps start with
