Focusing more externally and make it less about internal meetings and presenting to each other. I was recently told by a Leader that they spend more time preparing for internal meetings than any other function in their job. Leadership spins the tale so they don't draw DJ's ire, and reality wanes.

Before it was really fun going to work but with changes of management, removing managers due to "business needs" , it's not that fun anymore. It made us feel that if the managers are being removed due to the said "business needs" what is the assurance of analyst not being removed.

TP UKSA's processes are broken. They don;t allow efficient or effective working or 'green starts'. We're terrible at collaboration and more interested in the 'blame game' than actually moving forwards.
