Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
work load is a lot, but does not compensate for it.

There are employees with different contract ex. on how we get paid for the unused leaves, some are getting paid 10 days, while most people is just 5 days.

Since, I am new to the company I cannot answer this 100% but in my observation tp is positive because every employee is smiling before and after going to their office.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To either get the workload for 8 hours (and not 12 packed into 8), or get paid for 10 hours of work.
