What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is above minimum. Moreover, the night differential is bigger compared to other companies.

Beacuse of the global politics with salary. Would make me feel bettee a salary that would grow according to inflation and the salary of my country

There are employees with different contract ex. on how we get paid for the unused leaves, some are getting paid 10 days, while most people is just 5 days.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
To either get the workload for 8 hours (and not 12 packed into 8), or get paid for 10 hours of work.
