It has been good, but not the best.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Getting it on time every month and not have latencies.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are all handworking people that work longer hours than they are paid for and support everybody.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I do not like the stress that comes usually from something that is not even worthy of being stressful.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The high level executives have not raised through the ranks and have no idea how it is to be an agent.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To either get the workload for 8 hours (and not 12 packed into 8), or get paid for 10 hours of work.
