They are highly experienced, intelligent and focused.
Review from Engineering Dept
The determination to create a new path and evolve a fully remote working culture free of bias
Review from Engineering Dept
Actively look for feedback from team
Review from Engineering Dept
Very talented, lots to learn from everyone.
Review from Engineering Dept
They appreciate the constructive feedback.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better understand what the actual employees are doing day to day instead of taking uninformed high level decisions that up ejd complete teams.
Review from Engineering Dept
OVer the past few weeks, which were starting weeks for me, SLA were shortened to 1 hour, shifts scrambled and turned up to 12 hours each, a new task tracking system introduced, and then everything reverted within 2 weeks, all without considering employees' lives. They need to consider the humans.
Review from Engineering Dept
They have 0 retention, and 0 focus on the human aspect of work. We're being told we should act like machines in a factory assembly line, and the whole work structure is centered around that idea. Also, work culture is rather solitary even by remote work standards, and no effort is put to change it.
Review from Engineering Dept
Making the workers feel like they are something more than just robots at a large factory production line. Help the employees feel better appreciated, and that the work they do is actually valuable work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better visibility, proper training with milestones
Review from Engineering Dept
The best part is the prompt weekly payment.
Review from Engineering Dept
It is disclosed beforehand instead of an annoying negotiation cycle post-interview
Review from Engineering Dept
I can save them in USD, so I can plan for future activities even when the local currency is not reliable anymore. (Due to the inflation)
Review from Engineering Dept
Its a good compensation which allows me to do more for myself and my family
Review from Engineering Dept
Weekly payments is a good practice
Review from Engineering Dept
All kind of bureaucracy, where I have to fill inputs, which nobody will read, use or even be able to understand, make me feel I'm not using my skills, and I am undervalued. Compensation simply needs to be adjusted, because the market of remote work has grown, and I already can find an equal offer.
Review from Engineering Dept
The tracker needs to stop counting time I spend off-keyboard as idle time, and proper linux support for it should be introduced. Also, I'd very much like more challenging work, as the work I do right now is utterly meaningless for me. and is far beneath my qualification.
Review from Engineering Dept
We need to review the compensations, because in some cases we handle millions of dollars in assets and other people receive better pay that the technical levels with responsability
Review from Engineering Dept
Base pay rate is low compared to local region (United States)
Review from Engineering Dept
Access to technical and leadership training, paid holidays, hardware to work from home would be a good perk.
Review from Engineering Dept
My team mates are hardworking, empathetic and very helpful.
Review from Engineering Dept
Most team members are highly motivated and helpful/collaborative in spite of the challenges posed by the work policies
Review from Engineering Dept
They all are very supportive, kind and responsive.
Review from Engineering Dept

It is easy to figure out where you stand in the company performance-wise.
Review from Engineering Dept
It is fully remote. Flexible work hours to some extent (though this is not guaranteed). Salaries are fixed before the start of interview process Highly objective evaluation of work (at least the intention is there)
Review from Engineering Dept
I like to see people helping each other and respecting other opinions. So I can always act genuinely with the team.
Review from Engineering Dept
That well being of me as a worker is important and the environment promotes my growth as an individual and as a team member
Review from Engineering Dept
work is good and interesting
Review from Engineering Dept
It's very solitary! Less focus on metrics at the cost of the contributors' mental health. More engaging work, more focus on team activity even if it introduces waste and redundancy. I'd like to see some pair coding, or a day in which we revise our codebase together and make it better, etc.
Review from Engineering Dept
Remote work is hard. The company acknowledges that. The work to mitigate the productivity loss is not being done. The overwhelming, and obvious, feature that results is that good people are overloaded and they, along with many others do just enough to move things off their desk rather than finish it

I am most satisfied on a work day when I am able to fix a showstopper issue.

Review from Engineering Dept
Delivering high-quality work/features. Working as a team.
Review from Engineering Dept
The opportunity to work with and learn about new tech, tools and processes
Review from Engineering Dept
learning more everyday, new challenges
Review from Engineering Dept
Complete lack of transparency, extreme decision taken without seriously thinking about the repercussions.
Review from Engineering Dept
Just me. The hiring process was far too easy, which means I don't have the skills necessary to succeed and will be fired. I'll be back, but I'll study more first.
Review from Engineering Dept
300 words isn't enough and I haven't formulated a concise fix yet. It's to do with the rigidity of work units and the ability to inspire quality, consistent and repeatable work. Humans are variable and the risk management of the model is not taking account of that.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too much pressure and less visibility. Need better collaboration compared to the rat race, so the people could be willing help each other, higher reusability etc.
