Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No BPA for more than 4 years, and the company only provides the legally required benefits. There are no employer matched retirement plans, so stock options, no clear ways to get raises other than being promoted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team all work hard and work harder to be pleasant to be around. Everyone is supportive of each other, and there isn't a lot of 'politics'. We all work together and success for one is success for all.
