in the position that I am in, this position is advertised at least $5,000-$15,000 higher than what I'm currently being paid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
their openess and responsiveness to any issues that are brought to their attention. Their willingness to roll their sleeves up and jump in and help with anything that is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It takes extremely long to be promoted for some people and not for others. It seems as though positions are made for some promotions while others have to work extremely hard and long to move 1 step up.
