What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a coaching culture and promote internal growth. I love getting to be a part of someone's career growth and watching them develop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation does not reflect the amount of work done on a daily basis. The rate of pay for my position is not comparable to other companies. Yearly raises basically do not exist are never a focus on retention.
