The team I lead was amazing.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for the people under them. Listening to employee feedback. Wanting to hear employee feedback.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team under me is amazing. They care for one another and for me and do a great job for me. My team lead coworkers are always helpful.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As a team leader, we had a responsibilites list that never ended. Yet no performance reviews or yearly raises. Then, I was told I was laid off due to performance. Although, I provided proof the numbers used to measure were better than my coworkers.
