Good training and support. They are so busy watching your monitors and listening to every call that there is no one to actually help. Thier help is telling you an article to read that is like reading lawyer papers.
Get rid of all the confusing, long DLP's and Light house articles, train us so when we go live we don't need to read stupid articles when trying to solve someones problems or concerns. When someone wants a manager or supervisor stop being panseys and talk to our customers.
Helping people instead of saying read the DLP or Lighthouse article. You are never given time to read any of the DLP's so you go into a call with a article that is many pages and try to figure out what part you need while talking to the customer (silence is bad) and checking emails and chatrooms.
