What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well they will hire just about anyone from the age of 18-99+ and you can forget about hearing you did a good job you only hear the negative aspects
What did you like most about the interview process?
The trainers and the management are pretty much middle men and honestly in same boat as the agents so i give them respect and they keep it real and not awkward. I actually moved up into management and loved that until we were blindsided and laid off with no offer just told to get unemployment
