I started at the bottom and worked my way up to G&A and enjoyed each minute of it. I learned a lot and still have a lot more to learn and soaking in as much as I can. I have had super TL's, Supervisors, Ops, Directors, Mentors and Friends. I have always had awesome Co-Workers.

What are some of the best things about your team?
TEAMWORK for everything! My team is always available to reach out to for professional and personal conversations. Approachable, helpful, kind, supportive, funny and I feel at home with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To actually get paid for the type of work I do. I know in my area going base payrate for my position is around $60K and I barely make $40K. I love the people I work with but if I find a position with a company who will pay me what I am worth, not to mention the base pay, I will need to take it.
