They live our company values . A good example among our employees. They listen and act on the problems. Very evident during Townhall Meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Working at TeleTech helps me a lot augment my financial status. When i Joined the company the night differential is at its premium. We are also given health and wellness (H&W) incentives. Bonuses are fairly equated to your goals achievements.
