What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With my superior, he doesn't treat us with respect. The way he communicates are downright sarcastic and bad.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think my superiors doesn't hear me. They don't experience what is really happening in our team. My current superior says a different story to what is really happening to make him look good with the higher bosses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my superior doesn't hear me and doesn't take criticisms. I feel my current superior don't know about my field but he wants to make sure that he is on top of everything that he do things his way even compromising the work that I am doing. Change of superior to compensate.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The worst superior. He makes me feel anxious and uncomfortable working. The first week that I was under him. I already felt that I was stripped off of my right as a manager. He is not that kind of leader that motivates you. Your comment or suggestion is not heard. Please change my current superior
