Its been Bittersweet.. great team and environment but horrible company and stranious lack of compensation and employee support.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and help Nissan/Infiniti.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was direct and to thr point, considerate and gave a good overview.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to offer all Teletech Facilities the same kind of compensation and competitve pay across the board.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything... we need a Human Resources Team with competitve wages, and a company value to promote from within.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work in a workplace that values teamwork and eachother and believes in.. doing what they can to support eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are Clevelanders.. we believe in hard work, teamwork and the ability to deliver rockin Customer Service doing the job correctly the best we can, the first time around.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I work in a building below city code... in a facility without a Human Resources Team or accountable Managment Team. All employee incentive for salary have been cut and no employment advancment or salary incentive exists.
