I feel valued, but I think TTEC could be more competitive with wages, should provide increases periodically to help retain talent

teamwork between departments, there is always one or two people who aren't team players, but they do not impact my overall feeling about TTEC

I love my job! I have tremendous support and I am also able to use my skills and abilities to support my clients. I can be creative, and I can make decisions that are implemented not just in a local level, but across the US - best job I ever had!
