TeleTech has been my second home and the people I worked with is family. Glad to be part in a team that encourage you to do great, allowing your skills to develop and grow. As I look back, 8 years ago, I am just an employee who really need a job, now I am someone who help the company meet its goal.

Aside from the good base pay, I am happy that TeleTech also provides reasonable allowances such as rice, medical and meal.

TTEC leadership team knows how to listen to the voice of the employees and continuously innovating programs that are helpful and beneficial to us.

I am able to experience receiving a medical allowance yearly, an extra cash that helps me prevent from getting sick so I can continue working productively.
What makes you most happy at work?
looking forward to new learnings and challenges that I can overcome. Work is work and I am always happy when I have resolved a certain issues or reports.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite of the demands and pressure to reach our targets, close our classes, their will always be a time for us to pause and laugh with our colleagues. We see each challenges as an opportunity to learn.
What makes you most happy at work?
I always look forward to the new discoveries that I'll do. From creating a simple report and translating those significant numbers to a valuable story that could help my department achieve its goal for the week, month or year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the values that we have is to Live Life Passionately. At TTEC we are allowed to take a break from the daily routine that we do. I had a chance to travel for a month and visit my parents abroad.
What makes you most happy at work?
What I like most about work is I got to see my friends again in office. Working with them gives me more reason to stay with the company. TeleTech is like a second home for me, I am comfortable, concern and committed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being part of TA Marketing is a fulfilling job because you got to help job seekers land a job, you tend to learn different best practices from your colleagues and they themselves are willing to share it with you. We believe that the success of one is also the success of all.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having a good listener and supportive leaders gives you more reason to stay with the company. Six years in the company is by far the longest stay I ever had in my entire career. Because of the leaders that I worked with I am able to discover other skills that I never thought that I can learn.
