Even when energy and pace is really high, there is camaraderie and support to instill a sense of team and "we're all in this together."

They're all so capable in their roles and willing to help and collaborate on a mutual goal. Plus, they know how to have fun at work!

I work in exactly the field I love- social media. I'm encouraged to try new things, be creative, and test the waters of new technologies and trends.

They're human beings: they're in the thick of everything right next to all of us and realize the pressure everyone feels to do the best job we can.

We like to have fun, even when stress is running high (or maybe especially when it is)! They are smart and capable, and they really own the work we do together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a sense of realism here: I'm encouraged to be honest about my opinion rather than "fake it 'til I make it." I also enjoy the employee engagement events they routinely hold for us!
